  3. 3. Health Assessments • Physical and Behavioral Health Assessments are Conducted during: – Re-Deployment medical screening in the theater of operations – Reintegration medical screening – Post-Deployment medical screening Back Forward

Health Assessments • What are Physical and Behavioral Health Screenings? • Completed with healthcare provider present • Review and address Soldiers current health and concerns; both physical and mental health • Further consultation is identified and resources coordinated to resolve any deployment issues • Special medications taken during deployment • Possible deployment-related occupational/ environmental exposures Back Forward
