  20. 20. Practical Nursing The certificate program is offered at the Colby, Norton, and WaKeeney campuses. The graduate is eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN). The 4 prerequisite courses must be completed before the start of the Level 1 nursing courses and must be taken no more than ten years prior to beginning the first year of practical nursing courses.
