  15. Give.. fresh.. people.. stuff..
  16. Interaction..
  17. Give people.. something.. to do...
  18. ..and never forget this about the line.. ..between ‘online’ and ‘real life’..
  19. There isn’t one.. Boom!
  20. Sharing..
  21. Make it spreadable.. but remember..
  22. Calling something viral.. doesn’t make it viral..
  23. Facts don’t spread.. ..but stories do..
  24. So give people a story..
  25. Connection..
  26. Find your fans..
  27. Give them a reason to invest their.. time.. money.. attention..
  28. Connect with fans, give them a reason to invest.. ..and you’ll always win.. NIN’s Ghosts I-IV was the best selling album on Amazon.com, when it was being given away for free by NIN themselves. Why? NIN were giving fans chance to pay for things that money couldn’t buy before, personal concerts, studio notes etc
