General Manager September 1997 to – 31 December 2004 GETRAC GULF (Manama – Bahrain) International Training and Consultancy Company) I initiated, developed, organised and supervised the establishment of their Gulf regional office in Bahrain in 1997, launched the activities and generated business in all Gulf Countries. Business development, planning, budgeting and cash flow management was the main target of my duties as a general manager. I was also responsible for putting the yearly training plan for the company which included more than 200 courses per year plus seminars and conferences, as well as organizing several forums and symposiums in the regions. The duties included mechanical and electrical installation, operation, supervision of pumps, engines, generators, air conditioners, compressors, and motors and developing maintenance plans.
