  • Out of school children 1. Do not enrolled 2. Left the school In Pakistan: Out of 100 children of five years  80 enrolled  40 left shool  20 reach upto high school  7 passed  3 reach upto high education institutions
  • Reasons of drop outs  Poor financial condition  poor quality of teaching Behaviors of teacher and colearners  Constant experience of failure Defects in educational system  Working children  Working mothers
  • Role of NFE children must be offered NFE 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Basic literacy and numeracy training Accelerated learning programmes Bridging programmes Open schools Crash vocational courses Mosque schools
  • Determinants of Content content should be built around  Facts of physical, mental and emotional immaturity  Need for guided growth in these areas  Need for security, acceptance and peer approval  Arouse child’s curiosity as a stimulus for learning
