  2. 2. Whatis Extreme Sport?<br /> Extreme sport is a popular term for certain activities perceived as having a high level of inherent danger and that are counter-cultural. These activities often involve speed, height, a high level of physical exertion, and highly specialized gear or spectacular stunts.<br />
  3. 3. Extreme sports skills <br />The person who decided practice this sport, must have good physical condition, no heart disease and of course not afraid of heights, because these sports are a lot of adrenaline and adventure. <br />

  6. 6. Parachuting<br />Parachuting, also known as skydiving, is the action of exiting an aircraft or jumping off of a tall structure, and returning to earth with the aid of a parachute.<br />
  7. 7. <ul><li>Equipment for protection:</li></ul> - The most important part of one parachutist's equipment is the main parachute.<br /> - Reserve Static Line is used to activate the reserve parachute if there is a kind of failure with the main one.<br /> - Altimeters are used to indicate the current altitude.<br /> - Helmets And Goggles<br />

  9. 9. Bungee Jumping<br />Is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building or bridge, but it is also possible to jump from a movable object, such as helicopter.<br />
