I have extensive experience and expertise in contributing to successfully implementing
training institutes within organizations to deliver the complete Training & Development
function in support of their training strategy. I have a proven track record of success over a
number of years in establishing training strategies and processes to support the
implementation of transformational training initiatives that improve the performance of the
organization and the individuals. I consider myself to be highly motivated with the ability to
inspire others through effective team work and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to meet

-   Provide the expertise and drive to successfully establish a Training Institute to deliver
    effective programs to clients within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
-   Managed the implementation of highly effective UAE National Development Programs in
    support of Nationalisation initiatives within Abu Dhabi to high potential candidates.
-   Proven ability to manage the design, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of technical
    and non technical programs across different levels of organizations
-   Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the organisations training strategy and develop
    and implement transformational initiatives that add value in line with business needs.

Achievements

- Supported the establishment of The Injazat Institute (Ti2) to provide a wide range of
    development services by developing policies and procedures to ensure continued success.
-   Developed a wide range of training programs, including UAE National specific programs
    for graduates and high performing individuals to support development needs.
-   Helped transform the performance and skills of over 100 individuals through the
    successful implementation of leadership and team building workshops
- Managed the complete design, delivery and management of a bespoke training program
    for 1200 staff across the UAE and Qatar to support the rollout of an IT transformation
    environment. This program received a customer satisfaction of 85%.
- Managed the Career Development Plan process for over 120 UAE National by successfully
    designing, developing and successfully implementing their long-tern career development
    plans
-   Designed and project managed the delivery of over 30 training programs for internal staff
    with cost savings of up to 75% within scope, budget and schedule.
- Self-motivated study towards CIPD and PMP in addition to Certificate IV in Training &
    Development from TAFE Australia

Job Summary
 Acts as part of the learning & development team as a consultant to Injazat and clients on
 issues and programs that cross multiple professional development disciplines. Contribute
 towards the development of strategic professional development programs that are
 appropriate for global and domestic use. Responsible for the management and direction of
 multiple, large or complex projects by collaborating with cross-functional organizations.
 Uses specialty skill knowledge and expertise to generate new perspectives on current and
 future professional development.

  Main Duties

  •Responsible for designing, developing and managing training programs for Internal
  Staff, Clients and partners.
  •Responsible for conducting training needs analysis and developing pre/post
  assessments in line with sponsor requirements
  •Responsible for developing training material, handouts, manuals & workshops
  •Responsible for selecting and managing relations with training vendors for training
  needs and delivery
  •Responsible for Designing soft skills programs for Local Staff for Career Development
  with an emphasis around Assessment, Development and Delivery.
