The high response on Giving Tuesday for organizations that actually asked for money shows how important it is to make an "ask". Even though Giving Tuesday wasn't just about the organizations that promoted it, it was a day to raise awareness of charitable giving during the holiday season in general, those organizations that "asked" significantly outperformed those who didn't.
