  4. 4. The user experience • Petitions • • • Targeted Action • • • • User reads introduction content, enters zip code (and sometimes address) to load their specific targets. User fills out their information, edits letter (optionally), and submits. Salsa sends letter and information to target via webform or email. Multi-Content Targeted Action • • User reads introduction, petition text, signs their name and adds any comments. No data is transmitted outside of Salsa. Same as above, but Salsa loads all sets of targets and any corresponding letters. Blind Targeted Action • • User reads introduction text, edits letter, and fills out their information. After submitting, then user is told which targets received their letters.
