However, this book changed ME andhow I help others. It is packed with proof, guidance, whys and hows and Icant imagine it not making a change for any reader.I agree with the review that says dont get this in the Audio version. I haveboth a hard copy and a Kindle edition--the Kindle edition worked find but Iprefer the hard copy because you do want to flip back and forth to the foodgroupings (youll see what I mean when you read it) However, you can alsodo this by simply saving certain pages on your Kindle.I recommend this book over the womans edition...not enough changes inthat one and this is just concise and clear.I still limit caloric intake but if you pair that up with the way of eating thatthe abs diet goes into, you dont hit plateaus and your body work s as awell-oiled machine to give you more energy and utilize fat stores for energywhen you limit your caloric intake.This is the healthiest way of getting fit and, ironically, a fast way to do it aswell. Its not a good read you put down, for me it was a lifestyle change.Oddly, it had other effects aside from just healthy weight loss with noplateaus...my face has broken out since I was a teenager and Im now 43.After just a few weeks of this style of eating I had flawless skin. When Imoved into a new house and had no time to eat right, my old issues oflowered energy, skin breakouts etc. came back...as they have everytimesince then that Ive gone off track. I rarely do go off track, however...therejust is not need to. This provides for excellent meals and healthy living forLIFE rather than just a short term interim diet.

As long as you dont overdo the calories, this comboof foods is a great way to lose weight but he doesnt quite stress thatcalories in vs calories out is still the only way to lose weight best. Old school thought is now accepted as medicalscience...if you take in less calories than you burn, your body uses fat tofunction and you lose weight BUT if you do that with these foods, youincrease your burn, especially in your core. That too, has been proven.Highly recommend.
