    • Barriers
    • Indirect overheads are unclearly defined related to activities, jobs or projects
    • Requires expertise in construction process, cost management and accounting
    • Expensive to implement and maintain.
    • Benefits
    • Can be assigned using diverse cost drivers and technology
    • Provide system transparency enabling better management and tighter control
    • Is affordable with increased profit
