The company gives you an Account in the customer database and now you have an option to Market products under the QuestNet product range. The company follows a Binary structure in terms of commission payouts… Compensation Plan 3 PUV LEFT and 3 PUV RIGHT = Rs.11500/- PUV-Product Unit Volume is the value given to a product based on the profit margin on each product Diamond QVI Membership = 21 PUV Platinum QVI Membership = 13 PUV Gold QVI Membership = 7 PUV

Slide 13: When you purchase a QVI membership, the company allocates 3 accounts in the formation below. For e.g if you buy a Platinum Vacation Membership of 13 PUV. 1 PUV is put in the BC001 and the balance 12 PUV are split as 6 on the LEFT in BC002 and 6 on the RIGHT in BC003.
