  • 2. Formalities This case study is based on comments received from the 12th to the 18th June 2012 relating to the Top Gear Festival in Durban. It is based on English comments from around the world, gathered via saidWot.   • 3. The story Over a period of 6 days, we tracked more than 12 365 comments about the Top Gear Festival. Comments increased from 644 on the 13th of June to over 3 224 comments on the first day of the event.
