  • 1. UNCULTIVATED FOODS Talaili Gynondropsis pentaphylla# • Pacha Jonna, Sugar cane • Cooking – Leaves are washed, cut and fried using onion, salt, chilies and garlic. • Served with roti and rice.
  • 2. UNCULTIVATED FOODS • Doggali koora Amranthus Polygamus • Pacha Jonna, Greengram, Sugarcane, Saijonna • The leaves are added to half cooked dal like Lentil, Green gram . some times leaf alone is seasoned with oil, onions, chilies, and cumin seeds.

  • 6. UNCULTIVATED FOODS : Gunugu Celosia argentina • Associated with – Pacha Jonna, Green gram • Cooking– Leaves are washed, chopped and seasoned with oil. Served with roti & rice

  • 8. UNCULTIVATED FOODS Nagalichevulaku Commalenia bengalensis • Associated with – Sorghum, Sugar cane • Cooking – Leaves are added to half cooked pulses and aloud to simmer with tamarind and further boiled. Mashed and unseasoned served with roti.
