Their shared features include symbolic association with, admiration for the character of, and even veneration of Satan or similar rebellious, promethean
    • A PRACTICE ON THE RISE• The religious section in the bookstores:• Used to be essentially about Christianity in Western bookstores, with possibly a tiny section about other religions.• Now this is reversed; you will find a major part about “spirituality” which includes New age, Satanism, Wicca, reincarnation, channeling spirits, astrology, fortune telling, Islam, Buddhism , Hinduism etc. & a tiny section about Christianity.
    • Satanic Practices• Satanic worship• Basically any worship opposing to God.• Reflected in its rituals & symbolism.• Some personal experience:• The burnt Church in Mansfield, England .• A friend’s visit of a satanic worshipping place.• Experience of a Jewish girl (Amber Bousman - Satanist Turned Christian) above web page.
    • Satanic symbols
    • Other Satanic symbols & practices• The inverted Cross.• Sacrificing pigs• Burning churches.• Heavy metal music (Marilyn Manson & others)• Wearing black & heavy black eye make up.• Frequent problems with the law.• Interconnection with other practices (see below)
    • Related Practices• Atheism• Polytheism• Ditheism• Witchcraft & Wicca.• New Age & New world religion.• Astrology• Belief in reincarnation• Fortune telling• Ouija boards• Channeling spirits.• Psychics• UFOs.
    • WICCA (WHITE MAGIC)• A modern Pagan religion. Developed in England in the first half of the 20th century.• Wicca is typically a duotheistic religion, worshipping a goddess and a god.• the Goddess commonly being symbolized as the Earth (Whence the term Mother Earth).• God is viewed as a Horned God, associated with nature, wilderness, sexuality, hunting and the life cycle.
    • Wicca, cont.• Typically associated with worshipping nature i.e. the creation rather than the Creator.• Strong feature is the practice of magic & spells. Sometimes they refer to their magic as white magic.• They believe in reincarnation.• A strong overlap between their practices & those of other Satanistic cults e.g. New Agers, New world religion,
    • A Christian conclusion• Best defense is avoidance !• Satan is a deceiver e.g. his deception of Adam & Eve.• The knowledge of good & evil.• Pride & dangerous, sometimes fatal curiosity.• Humility before god & asking Him for guidance is our safest path.• A meek & contrite heart is not despised by God.
