With the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) becoming very serious about Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC), it has become imperative for all callers in India to comply with TRAI regulations. This will immediately identify to the user that this number is in the TRAI NCPR portal and therefore should not be called. Impel CRM now contains all the current 270 million phone numbers that are listed in the TRAI’s NCPR portal. And the list is updated every 15 days automatically. Impel CRM provides several phone number fields to users – Primary Phone, Secondary Phone, Mobile Phone, Work Phone and Home Phone. All View pages that display these phone numbers, check Impel’s internal NCPR list and display the Do-not- call icon against numbers registered in the NCPR.
