  • 3. REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE• Weight issues when they began• Living back in Ireland in the 2000’s• Got Married and ‘settled’ (in more ways)• Social Life and Social living• Busy work life – No Balance• Processed and Fast Food – Dashboard diner• No focus on weight or Health whatsoever
  • 4. REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE• Late 30s and early 40’s – 16 stone 4lbs• Health issues/ Always Tired/No Energy• Wake up calls – Heart worries/Family History• Young family and new Commitments• No Balance in Life

REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE• New Focus – Crucial Life decisions• Operation Transformation Journey• New Balance – Healthier Living/Health is your Wealth/ Start Daring Greatly• North Pole Marathon• Future aims and goals to help keep your focus on a healthier you• When you feel Physically okay more than likely you will feel mentally okay

REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE Helpful facts and hints for you that I use• Exercise 4 times a week adds to your life expectancy – My own Life expectancy• I drink a lot more water regularly each day• I run more and walk often• Weigh myself once a week in the morning• I journal and chart more and keep a food and exercise diary

REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE Helpful facts and hints for you that I use• Eat a proper breakfast everyday• Decrease Alcohol• Don’t eat large meals after 7pm• Treat yourself once a week• Get your life/work/family right• My family are my main focus• I am now 12 stone 10 lbs - consolidating• Motivation and what helps to motivate you
