  6. 6. • UUJ research: – ~ 730 men – ‘clear and concise’ – ‘convenient settings’• Such workplace programmes improve staff morale.• The wellbeing of staff increases a company’s productivity.• Impacts greatly on the wellbeing of the wider community.• Cancer diagnosis – long term sick leave - workplaces under pressure

  8. 8. Why Quick Fit?• 30 minute sessions:• 10 mins - diet and exercise advice; benefits• 15 mins - measurement• 5 mins - goal setting – find a reason
