This online Health & Safety course helps you to fulfil legal requirements for providing workplace training; it also promotes staff awareness that can lead to greater efficiency, lower insurance costs and a reduction in lost time. Upon successfully completing this course, learners will be able to: • Demonstrate the key principles of workplace health & safety. • Recognise the importance of risk assessment to Health & Safety & how it is undertaken. • Outline accident & incident investigation and reporting. • Communicate health & safety information clearly. • Recognise common health & safety hazards & how they can be controlled. Accreditation The content of this course has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and is approved by RoSPA, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. Duration Approximately 3-4 hours. The training takes on average 3 - 4 hours to complete. The length of time taken depends on how quickly you study and absorb the material. The Learning Management System automatically tracks your progress so you can proceed as quickly or slowly as you like, and pause the training if you need to complete it in stages.
