Learn about issues around stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination, the
basic rights all people should enjoy.
What will you gain? Unit 1:
• NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Equality & Diversity Exploring Equality & Diversity
• Credit Value: 13
Unit 2:
How will you gain? Exploring how people’s rights and
responsibilities are protected at work
• Your tutor will set you small chunks of work and you can complete it in
your own time and submit at set dates Unit 3
• Delivered via distance learning Working or learning in a place that
promotes diversity
Learner Eligibility:
• The learner must be 19 years old or over Unit 4
• The learner has been a permanent resident of the UK for 3 years + Working in a diverse communities
• Photographic evidence (Driving License / Passport required at induction)
• Asylum seekers are eligible with proof from the Home Office (plus a photocopy of
their passport or any proof that you have been granted asylum, permission to reside or
the application being considered)
