Shoaib Burq commented on learning interoperability from web2.0 web2.0 is a very broad area but my focus is quite narrow: that of geographic information and data. the main challenge for government is the sharing of data in a way that encourages innovation. I think this is a common problem. Gov agencies find it hard to see beyond their traditional customer to the bold new web2.0 generation.
