About
I have two key goals: to keep learning and to contribute meaningfully to humanity’s progress and prosperity. I believe liberty is the primary value without which there can be no learning, no failure, hence no possibility of morality. With liberty comes responsibility and accountability, the foundation stone of morality.
I oppose government paternalism, believing (along with JS Mill) that the “only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good, either physical or moral, is not sufficient warrant”.
I’m an enemy of crony capitalism. I want to leave behind a world that is more
