Your doing everything because you can’t afford employees then your objective is to make an affordable hire to leverage you and your idea. They take on the job you hate the most. Get into flow • Tasks align to skill set • Doing stuff you love • Mindfulness and focusing on a task • Pack it in - time flies when in “doing flow” Gaming, sport, art can cause you to drop into it in a subconscious state. Act without thought. This state is enjoyable. It can’t exist otherwise.
  22. 22. Saying no win • no is a liberation of time. • no is your day your way. • curation is saying no. • saying no to “more”. To find the win say no all the time. Buffet knows how to say no!

Strategic game • Steps; test decision > scrutinise > cost/benefit > risk/reward > ethics > decide. • Making good decisions not doing lots of work. • Eliminate (people fuelled) change is bad culture. • Iterate your strategy quickly if its not working. • Being stuck in the past.
