Familytex (BD) Limited is a pioneer and well established 100% Export Oriented Readymade
all kind of Knit & Woven Garments Manufacturer & Exporter from CEPZ, Chittagong,
Bangladesh.
Based in Chittagong, Bangladesh, established in 2005 with vision to be an exemplary garments
manufacturer and exporter of Fashion Apparel as judged by international norms of
Professionalism, Quality and Systems. At Familytex we are more focused on improving service
levels, consistent high quality in the prevailing trends at affordable rates and timely delivery to
international buyers.
Promoted by a team of highly experienced professionals in the Readymade Garments
Manufacturer and backed by world’s most advanced management information system, we are
fully capable to meet the specific requirements of the buyers. Moreover, our in-house facilities
for Merchandising, Sampling, Cutting, Sewing, Quality, Washing, Embroidery, Printing &
Designing, packing and quality control enable us to produce the best quality garments.

BUILDING AND OTHERS:
A five storied state-of-art technology building with a total area of 125000 sft. Both production
and administration in same building enable us for strong follow up and quick activities. In the
same building, there is a separate area of 20000 sft for washing. Total 12 lines each floor 4
lines.
PLANT & MACHINERY:
The complete range of imported machineries is from Juki and Brothers. The machine range
includes
A) High pressure dying machine,
B) Washing machine,
C) Modern garments machines with latest attachments.
At present, total no. of sewing machines are 1600 which are increasing gradually as per
business volumes

3. SAMPLE ROOM:
We have an independent fully equipped sampling department with skilled sample makers round
the year to develop different kinds of samples to meet the needs of our customers. Sampling
capacity of 1400 pcs per month.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT TEAM:
In today’s high-speed changing world we realize that the biggest challenge is to ensure that our
customers are always ahead of their competition. Our foresight and past experiences have
enabled us to give maximum importance to our research and development team. This team has
experienced and talented designers who are constantly striving to give our customers new
fabrications in terms of both fabrics and styling of garments before every season.
EXECUTION TEAM:
We have a team of fabric experts who under the guidance of our top management, source
fabrics from our regular reliable team of suppliers. Under them, we have a team of quality
controllers who check the fabrics before they are shipped from the mill to our factories for
production. Our experienced merchandiser, who ensure that all the needs of the customers are
communicated in a proper, timely manner to our various personnel in the fabric sourcing and the
production team. Our merchandiser ensures daily communication with our customers, and are
available round the clock, if our customer needs any information or assistance.
SHIPPING & DOCUMENTATION TEAM:
Our shipping and documentation team ensure that once goods are inspected and cleared by our
office for shipment, rest of the procedures (Customs Clearances, Stuffing of cargo in containers
and loading on planned vessels) takes place in timely manner. They also ensure that the
customs and legal requirements of all importing countries are complied with (in terms of
documentation)
