  • Introduction● Sony is an electric machine equipment manufacturer that represents Japan.● It is the biggest business in the world in AV equipment field.● Sony is a famous brand of the world, and the enterprise that comprises the enterprise of the entertainment and finance.
  • Background● After achieving the cost reduction at a present end of the fiscal year, Sony doesnt have advancement.● This is not good for Sony. So, some policies are executed to improve the profitability.
  • Method - 1● It aims at a consistent profitability by the business of the television and the game.● The position of the business market of the LCD television has lowered. A new display is developed with proprietary Sony devices.
  • Method - 2● Reformative hardware and software are integrated.● There are 30 million person or more account registered in the PlayStation@Network service. The service tie on other consumer electronics and networks is expanded by using this.
  • Method - 3● To obtain the new client, the market is developed worldwide.● It keeps investing around the BRIC country that becomes basic of the new client.● The BRIC country is Brazil, Russia, India, and China.
