Write 5 major points in the articles that are important. Write in your own words. Business e-mail is formal, not freedom. Business e-mail is not private, so it is imortant. Sender and receiver is professional. Sender and receiver communicate via business e-mail. It is not good that sender write e-mail with him feeling.

The articles say that we have to do and don't have to. Some example are witten in the articles. When sender write business e-mail at first, he doesn't know how to write. Business e-mail is formal, so it must be tidy and clean. Business e-mail is not private e-mail. D. Write a paragraph explaining the common guidelines that you find in all the three articles above. E-mails are usually short and concise. Write an informative subject line. make it easy for the reader to reply yes or no or give a short answer. Make it easy to read. But personal e-mail does not. Business e-mail, You should include a telephone number to the signature of the email. But personal e-mail should not.
