know our company.

Third, we make a website for our company.
Now, Many people use the Internet. I think that if we make the website,
many people look at our website.

Fourth, we pass out advertising catalog of our company.
If we pass out advertising catalog in the street or university, I think
that many people will take our catalog.

Fifth, we put up an add on the google.
I think that many people use google every day. So, if we put up an add on
the google, many people look at advertising.

Another company make a website,put up an add on another website or
newspepar,
build advertising display in national road.



B. What is the job of the human resources division in a company? How will you se
t up such a division in your company? Write down 5 questions that you will ask a
potential employee in your company during a interview.


The job of the human resources division is 6 main types of jobs.
First content of work is acceptance of human which is part job or
intermediate recruitment and so on.
Second content of work makes a valuation of the company member.
Third content of work pay out compensation.
Fourth content of work negotiates with labor union.
Fifth content of work is health control of the company member.
Sixth content of work is contact what is trouble and complaint.
I will ask 5 questions the following that in my company during a interview.
First question is "What do you do in this company?".
Second question is "Let me hear performance at work till now.".
Third question is "What is your motivation that you are chosen this
company?".
Fourth question is "What is persistence in your job?".
Fifth question is "What are some of the goals that you want to work out on
the job?".
These questions predict that someone's potential and enthusiasm for the work.
I will set up human resources division in my company as a management division.
Because management division can handle of varied works. So this division
will function successfully in my company's business.



C. How will you divide the responsibility of running the company amongst
your group partners?


The way to divide the responsibility of running is going to divide each
part work. There is charge of design, charge of account, charge of mediator,
charge of on-site-business for main part work. Those charge become the
hierachy. The charge of mediator is top hierachy and is all responsibility. The
charge of account is the second hierachy from the top and have main
responsibility of money. The charge of design and the charge of on-site-business
is The youngest hierarchy and have each responsibility of each part. Our
company divide the responsibility by each hierarchy.



D. Clearly write down the 5 different ways you will treat your potential customer with after-sales
service. If something goes wrong with the product after it is
sold, how will you provide customer service. Provide an example of how something might go
wrong with the product.


We have the 5 different ways we will treat our potential customer with after-sales service.
First, we give discount coupon to the person who purchased our article for sale.
Second, we introduce a laundry to wash our article for sale.
Third, we accept the return of the article for sale. The term of a guarantee is
20 days since an article is bought.
Fourth, we set a term of a guarantee of one year to the article for sale.
Finaly, we mail for the person who purchased it a handbill of the discount. Only
the person of the regular customer can receive it.


E. How will you study the local market and what your competitors are doing? What
will be some of the methods and approaches that you will consider?


First of all, it is thought that it is also good to see demand, and thinking about the one in a local
market without is also important.
Thinking that local demand is the same according to demand in the city part is nonsense.
Demand must be different in the city part and the provinces. Therefore, if there
seems to be idea demand, there is entering and, then, I do not think no one in
the provinces to be.
It only has to do it is not necessary be possible to do even in it or the provinces, and to do purposely
in the city part in the provinces.
