  • 2. The ISP The ISP is Internet Service Provider. The ISP is a company that offers their customers access to the Internet. The ISP connects to its customers using a data transmission technology appropriate for delivering Internet Protocol datagrams, such as dial-up, DSL, cable modem or dedicated high-speed interconnects.
  • 3. SAN A storage area network (SAN) is an architecture to attach remote computer storage devices to servers in such a way that the devices apper as locally attached to the oprerating system.
  • 4. Cable modem ● Cable modem is a type of modem. ● This modem provides access to a data signal sent over the cable television infrastructure. ● Primarily used to deliver broadband Internet acess.
  • 5. The ISP ● The computer at the enterprise and home who is the customer is connected with the Internet through the line,the ISDN line,the ADSL line and the data communication leas etc.
