    2. The current environment An uncertain and changing environment. Blurry The organizations today have to be managed in an environment of crisis, uncertainty and constant change. The future becomes blurred, les predictable, insecure. It is a complex reality where everything is interconnected and interdependent. Page 2 Page 2
