      • Music is based upon the personality. The type of music a person listens to can be seen through the way they dress, speak, act and the type of surroundings. You can tell what people’s interests are just by looking through their ipod.

      • Independents are usually small independent record labels that have no financial connections to the Major record labels. Majors and independents are very similar because they produce music but are very different in the way they promote it. Record labels can be small and independent, or they could be part of a large international media group, somewhere in between.
