North Star Marine Associates Carl Straw Professional Marine Associates, Inc Straw specializes in marina real estate services, marina due diligence services, project management, owner’s representation, marina construction management and the setup of marina operations. Additional expertise in product representation, marina marketing, expert witness services and product evaluation. Straw is a Florida Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Agent. Carl also holds a U.S.C. G. 50 ton Master License and has over 30 years experience in the marine industry. Richard (Dick) Graves Richard Graves & Associates Graves has over 30 years experience in the marine and hospitality industry. He has held senior executive positions with marinas, resorts and international hotel chains. His main areas of expertise in the marine Industry focus on business development, operations and financial management.. His marina experience also includes marina design and business start-up with emphasis on megayacht facilities. Graves is a Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Hospitality Industry CHA and CHSE. Dick also holds 100 ton U.S.C.G Master’s License and is a ASA Certified Sailing Instructor George R. Register III, P.E. North Star Harbor Company Register’s career has spanned more than 25 years . He has been responsible for the design and permitting of over 2,000 marina slips at sites throughout Florida and the Caribbean, pioneering the application of no pile floating dock systems with proven 30 year-plus useful lives in areas with extreme wind and wave climates. He has expertise in environmental permitting. Register’s background in construction has enhanced his ability to implement budget and cost controls during the design and construction process of many commercial marina projects. He is a Professional Engineer in Florida, Certified Diver and holds a U.S.C.G. 50 Ton Master’s License
