  • 2. Lesson Plan
    • Topic of Unit: Supermarket
    • Teaching Goal: Let students familiar the daily life words and know how to use them .
    • Teaching Methods : Situational Language Teaching (SLT)
    • Objectives: To learn the new vocabulary and learn new sentences and dialogues about the supermarket.
  • 3. Lesson Plan
    • Students: 1st grade in junior high school with low intermediate level
    • Numbers of students: 15
    • Time: 50 min.
    • Material and Equipments: computers, projector, multimedia CD.
  • 4. Lesson Plan
    • Procedures: warm up (5 min.) 1. Show the picture and ask students “What is this place? ”
    2. Ask Students how many words they have already known. Ask students to answer in English .
  • 5. Lesson Plan
    • Procedures: A. Presentation – Vocabulary (15 min.)
    • Introduce new words with pictures on the screen.
    • Convey the new words and phonetic symbols with the multimedia CD.
    • Ask Ss to repeat all the words after the multimedia CD.
    • Make Ss do practice with multimedia CD.
  • 6. Lesson Plan
    • Procedures: B. Presentation - Dialogue (15 min.)
    • Play the CD for the dialogue.
    • Ask the whole class after the CD player. Make Ss do practice with multimedia CD.
    • To make students in pairs work to practice the dialogue. Then pick couple of them to do the role play.
  • 7. Lesson Plan
    • Procedures: wrap up (3 min.) Review what has been taught in this lesson.
    Evaluation (10 min.) (Listening comprehension) Finish worksheet 1, which has some blanks, by listening the teacher.
