    Unfortunately new processes always seem to take time to catch on. What I have found is that as soon as they enter a commercial market, they seem to take off, and usually commercial market stuff is restrictive and in itself limited by the corporations who plan and execute their procedures of operation but highly exposed through marketing and catching onto the 'mindset' of the population, which I think is why, as educators we have the opportunity of taking the tail end of this and bringing it forward to other non commercial usages and connective applications.

    thanks, a very good small presentation right to the topics. But I fear here in Ukraine we are still far far away from it. It is not only a matter of telecomm infrastructure but of mind.
