ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTUREThe functional organizational structure in VRGDW is divided into 3 layersof management and 15 departments.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE● The top layer of management is General Director - Mr. Kwang Byeoung Chae.● Lower layer is Head of Division with 7 managers.● The last layer includes 15 departments with managers who are Head of Department.● Lower layer has direct connection to upper layer.● Specially, 3 Dept. are HR Dept., Chemical Plant, Planning & Corporate Dept. have
FUNCTIONS, TASKS OF DEPARTMENTS BOARD OF DIRECTOR • VRGDW has 1 General Director- Mr. KB Chae and 1 Deputy General Director- Mr. TN Thanh. • Has responsibilities to plan, manage and operate business strategies. • Assign functional tasks for Head of Division and control activities of 15 Departments in the company.
FUNCTIONS, TASKS OF DEPARTMENTS • PM receives and censors orders from Purchasing Dept. and1. Production shifts satisfactory orders to MDF Production Dept..Management Dept. • Supervise and control production upon phases, censors product quality & contact with Logistic Dept. to export products. • Receives orders from PM and carries out production process. 2. MDF • coordinates and supervises production process. Production Dept. • Associates with Logistics Dept. to distribute goods to customers • Undertakes 2 fields including mechanical field and electrical field. • Mechanical field has responsibility in maintainance and repair3.
