  • Thanks for the kind words Lalit. As discussed over twitter, the content as well as the social networking aspect you pointed out are key to the stickiness.

  • Brilliant insights Sukumar!! A pertinent issue that needs to be addressed is how to increase the 'stickiness' of these mediums - ie, how do you make the bloggers post on a regular basis? Is monetisation of the content and then rewarding the bloggers, an answer?

  • Thanks for the kind words Nimmy. Coming from a KM thought leader like you, means a lot to us.

  • First of all, thank you for sharing the presentation on Slideshare. (Would have been exciting to see some screen shots of the tools and applications you have referred to, but that's OK.)

I was most excited by the following elements of your initiative as reflected in the presentation

    - The conscious drive to summarize the initiative in terms of 5 design principles all of which are brilliant and apt

    - Internal efforts to run unconferences sound great. Inspired to try that in my own organization!

    - K-November is also a great way to gain acceptance and attention. Cool idea. [I have been a part of KM road-shows and understand the value of the idea]

    - I think another brilliance of the initiative is in not forcing people to contribute only to the repository (over emphasis on one method or tool for knowledge sharing) and

    - The fact that the CEO is talking about something fluffy (unnumeric, if you like) such as openness, progress and transparency through blogging is great.
