      • Preferred Future Activities:
      • "Making it happen", working with printers, helping to get the product developed, seeing the finished product, knowing the impact
      • A mixture of on the road and on the phone activity - variety through the day is important
      • Connecting and networking in the community and getting to know the people, knowing the layout of the community - who's who
      • Creating my own daily agenda rather than having it imposed
      • Doing design work - problem solving, aesthetic design, marketing and promotion, helping the client to reach their target population

      • Past Activities That Were Personally Rewarding
      • Acting as a team leader during the Summer Tech program
      • Being creative, funny and weird with my friends
      • Completing drawing for aunt & uncle
      • Creative expression through reading literature, writing, poetry, drama and acting
      • Doing what ever I can to please the customer and get the sale
      • Enjoy meeting deadlines
      • Going the extra mile for each customer

      • Needed / Career Building Activities:
      • Conduct information interviews with individuals in the fields of: public relations, occupational therapy, physical therapy and social work
      • Develop communications skills by taking 10 Steps to Community Action & other courses
      • Develop family/children relations: Review STEP program and take workshop
      • Develop personal financial skills, beginning with reading the "Wealthy Barber"
      • Exploring options for work roles (eg. Safe Homes for Youth) and the various educational paths needed to attain these roles
      • Join Toastmasters to develop my presentation skills

      • Tools & Techniques (a.k.a. Skills & Knowledge)
      • Able to relate personally to customers, find their interests and develop this as a foundation for an on-going professional relationship
      • Always learning from customers
