<title>More technical details: 1) great eyes (to point out expressiveness), 2) cinematographic action, 3) Image to much important than words, 4) Black&amp;White as of Chinese ink, 4) to much Whowws! Pump!, Ugh! Whurrlll! 5) A Sci-Fi fantasy mixing nordic, chinese, japanese, western. Samurai armour together with robotic. Dragons together with american cowboys. I agree: Manga and Anime form a complex cultural mix. Excellent graphic art. Nobody today can ignore it. Your son certainly is going to a local Cosplay Festival and you would be surprised if he was selected to go to Japan participate in the World Summit. Dressing one of ...eh Pok&#233;mon's costumes. On Cartoon Network, 24 hours a day.</title>

<title>While I do enjoy Manga I find your knowledge of American Comics to be fairly ignorant. Do yourself a favour and look up Will Eisner for a start. I agree though that Japan have embraced comics/manga/graphic-novels as an art-form to a larger extent.</title>
