He is and has been passionate about the use of learning technologies to enhance and enrich the learning experience since 1991. He has used, developed, managed and inspired others in a range of technologies, from DTP, CD-ROM, the internet, the VLE, the MLE, mobile learning through to Web 2.0. James Clay has been ILT &amp; Learning Resources Manager at Gloucestershire College since November 2006.
