Pero en aquellos años obviamente quienes obraban de esta forma no eran muchos, pues para concretar estas acciones se requería cierto presupuesto para la compra de equipamiento así como para el pago de especialistas. Por otra parte, en esa época los cambios de contenidos no estaban muy facilitados ni podían ser implementados en forma rápida, lo que por cierto también limitaba posibilidades. Hoy día las cosas han cambiado. Hoy día la infraestructura logística construida sobre el entramado de Internet ha evolucionado y se ha modernizado y se ha hecho mucho más amigable con todos los usuarios. Como el intercambio de información a nivel de la base de Internet no era muy cómodo (a través del protocolo básico IP), en breve tiempo se elaboró lo que se conoce como Web o como telaraña logística o telaraña digital, y ese indudablemente fue un gran paso. Pero a través de este procedimiento los cibernautas comunes y corrientes, los usuarios de Internet que se encontraban en la base, por lo general solamente buscaban información, leían para así enterarse de contenidos, y tímidamente elaboraban algún mensaje y lo enviaban a través del correo electrónico a una lista conocida de correspondientes. Hoy día la infraestructura logística construida sobre el entramado de Internet ha evolucionado y se ha modernizado y se ha hecho mucho más amigable con todos los usuarios. Como el intercambio de información a nivel de la base de Internet no era muy cómodo (a través del protocolo básico IP), en breve tiempo se elaboró lo que se conoce como Web o como telaraña logística o telaraña digital, y ese indudablemente fue un gran paso. Pero a través de este procedimiento los cibernautas comunes y corrientes, los usuarios de Internet que se encontraban en la base, por lo general solamente buscaban información, leían para así enterarse de contenidos, y tímidamente elaboraban algún mensaje y lo enviaban a través del correo electrónico a una lista conocida de correspondientes. Naturalmente la tecnología fue evolucionando y se modernizó, y hoy día, de la Web recién descrita, de esta primera versión del entramado de servicios digitales Web1.0, se pasó a lo que se conoce como Web2.0, o sea un entramado de servicios digitales con usuarios mucho más participativos.
