    • 1. Team Contest A Team Building Activity 2010/Jun/03 Ram
    • 2. Objective
      • How to do the way of your idea? – To transform leadership skill to team members
      • To get new growing Ideas from the team
      • To give challenging opportunity to the team
      • To maintain high level team spirit
    • 3. Norms
      • Try to create a challenge and fun will enjoy this contest.
      • Promote, healthy, positive & competitive environment during this event.
    • 4. Concept to select Best Leader
      • Each team member will lead team for a week. He/She will lead in morning meeting, VC, Task delegation, problem solving etc.
      • Leader will give 10 minute starting speech on Monday about his/her leadership idea and plan for the week
      • Leader will lead the team and give closing speech on Friday, will prove his/her leadership skill in front of team and request for rate his/her leadership skill
      • Each team member will rate leader’s leadership skill
      • At the end of this cycle we will sum each team member leadership skill and announce Best leader name.
      • Top management would be present a trophy (award) to the winner
    • 5. Concept to select Best Team Player
      • Each team member will support to the leader of each week
      • Team leader will rate his/her team member for Team playing sprit skill
      • Team members will also self rate weekly his/her team playing sprit based on what they did to support to the team leader and team
      • There will be 50% rating by Team Leader and 50% by self rating
      • We will sum-up all rating Team member wise and
      • Top Management will announce & present a trophy (award) to the winner for “Best Team Player”
      • Best Team Player Trophy and Award will be bigger (double) that Team Leader’s award!!!
    • 6. Deliverables – Outcome
      • Many Ideas & plan for the “ How to do the way of your idea?” in the form of documents (PPT, word etc.), Videos – Opening & Closing speech.
      • Self prepared, Synchronized & Integrated Team’s growth plan
      • KRA – Team Member wise
      • Passionate & Committed team with his/her growth plan/Road Map.
