Recommended a suitable testing framework for the US JDE Go Live for a $12 B a leading bioscience and medical product healthcare company (Baxter). o Analyzed and synthesized data collected and compare against leading best practices. o Delivered a holistic assessment and recommendations for the key areas of the global service bus platform being called as an Application Integration Platform. o The value delivered to client, assist them in improving their testing and monitoring process, reducing single point of failure, improve order processing activities for large transactions and opened the door for renewed contract negotiation for Data Centre. As a part of Peoplesoft 8.4 to 9.0 upgrade efforts, assist Verizon in the areas of testing, deployment and project management. As a part of TMO/PMO team, managed testing activities related to 177 interfaces compromising of more than 35 different systems supporting different functional areas of Peoplesoft ERP such as HR, GL, AP, AR, Tax, PO and PC interacting with different departments and very large client and KPMG team. Later on moved on to support deployment activities related to all 177 interfaces during go live. o The value delivered to client, help them successfully migrated from Peoplesoft 8.4 to 9.0. As a part of Oracle R12 (EBS)/ Fusion Applications upgrade effort, assist a quick service restaurant with annual sales over $3.5 billion dollar in assessing their current state financial back office business processes, the current state architecture and current state inventory of custom objects. o Provided recommendations for the future state business process design and for the custom objects that should migrate to the selected oracle system (oracle R12 or Oracle fusion applications). o The value delivered to client, assist them with the collection and objective summarization of project information that allows client to move to the detail design and build phase of the oracle R12 (EBS) / Fusion applications Implementation Due to the amount of customizations and separation of an Order Management as a standalone, custom application, operations and maintenance of the current financial system were challenging and often time consuming for a leading $4 billion cloud and virtualization software company. o As a Technical track lead/SME, provided a high level assessment and set of viable scenarios (e.g. such as remaining on Oracle 11i, upgrade to Oracle R12.1.3, unwinding iProcurement and iExpense to workday, implementing HFM or migrating to SAP or other ERP platform) for o o o the future state financial system. Provided evaluation of each scenario to support company’s objective to minimize risk to financial operations. Identify opportunities to adopt standard functionality and rationalize customizations in the future state system. Change management and knowledge management phases were defined and approved by client management sponsors in early 2009.
