Ofsted’s VLE portfolioSection 2: Learners’ views  When a VLE was available the vast majority of learners then used it.  Less than 20% of learners used a phone to access their VLE.  Three quarters of learners used the VLE to go over lesson material but nearly 70% also used it to help extend what was covered in the classroom.
