Following an Ofsted inspection where staff development need is highlighted As part of a strategic overview with a provider When bidding for funding During staff development activities at the start or end of the academic year How? Question bank of 30 questions with multiple options within each section A tailor made survey using Survey Monkey Flexible process aimed at specific job roles across the organisation Access to the survey results as they are recorded Access to all results in a range of formats (pdf, csv etc) Feedback and signposting to appropriate training July 4, 2011
