I have made a point of teaching every course in the School this year. Imaginative teachers who want to develop themselves and the SSA to provide the best opportunities for their students development. Investigating resourcing, obtaining the tools, and updating their skills. IT of necessity probably more than any other SSA is constantly requiring staff to upskill to meet the needs of informed and well versed students who are using evermore impressive technology.Within the SSA there are 3 Advanced PractitionersMost importantly providing training to staff through CPD for the last three years and external courses.
A student is on work placement. They keep a blog.They take photos and video and upload to the blog with annotation.The student has a daily record of what they have achieved and can use the evidence towards their final grade.
