    Odysseus and his crew had to make a tough choice: facing Scyllaor Charybdis. In your life you have probably had to make similar (though not as deadly) choices. Write an essay describing your personal Scylla and Charybdis.
    Explain why the choices were so difficult
    Which you ended up choosing.
    If you think you made the right choice

    The Odysseywas a story that told of the values of ancient Greek society. Odysseus was the hero who embodied all the traits a good person should have. Explain who you think is a good, modern day hero.
    Explain who it is
    What his/her traits are
    Example of how the traits are evident
    Why you think people should be like this person
