- It has eight legs
- It can be many colors mostly brown, red, and tan
- What it eats
- It likes to eat crickets
- It will eat other insects
- It can go up to one year without food
- Where they live
- They live all over the world
- They like deserts or other warm places the most
- They can live in mountains and forests
- They live in California, South America, Africa, Europe and Australia
- How long they live
- Male spiders only live a couple years because females usually eat them because they are good protein
- Females can live for 20 or 30 years because they usually don’t get eaten
