  • 9. Summary Due to pressure on business and not able to focus on performance & leadership issues, the companies are coming up with Behavioral training to build the core values for the future. Behavioral Training -Behavioral methods  are more of giving practical training to the trainees. The various methods under Behavioral approach allow the trainee to behave in a real fashion.
