Make an appointment!Click Calendar tab > New > Appointment.
Make an appointment!Fill in what, where, when, and details.
Make an appointment!Click Scheduling Assistant.
Make an appointment!Type names to invite. Check availability Dragging vertical lines will change times
Make an appointment!Click Send. Both attendees free
Make an appointment!The appointment shows on attendees’ calendars.
Make changes, send updatesTo make changes, double-click the appointment. Save! To cancel appointment – a cancellation e-mail will be sent Change date, time, place, reminders, attendees, etc. and click Send Update Writing a message is optional
