  • 9. Make an appointment!Click Calendar tab > New > Appointment.
  • 10. Make an appointment!Fill in what, where, when, and details.
  • 11. Make an appointment!Click Scheduling Assistant.
  • 12. Make an appointment!Type names to invite. Check availability Dragging vertical lines will change times
  • 13. Make an appointment!Click Send. Both attendees free
  • 14. Make an appointment!The appointment shows on attendees’ calendars.
  • 15. Make changes, send updatesTo make changes, double-click the appointment. Save! To cancel appointment – a cancellation e-mail will be sent Change date, time, place, reminders, attendees, etc. and click Send Update Writing a message is optional
  • 16. Make changes, send updatesIf you haven’t clicked Save, you will receive a prompt tosave changes, or send updates, or cancel and return to theappointment for more editing.
