  • 5. The Backchannel starts with a great case study from last year’s South by Southwest Interactive Festival (#sxswi) involving @guykawasakiand @whitneyhess
  • 6. Cliff lays out both the risks and rewards of the backchannel.
  • 7. He also makes a very good suggestion about how to look at your presentation as the beginning of a relationship.
  • 8. And lays out some very helpful tools for making your presentations Twitter/backchannel-friendly.
  • 9. There’s a surprise benefit to this book.
