      More grassroots / closer to your customers
      Extremely measurable

      Twitter is huge with buzz right now
      Find your customers by searching for specific keywords
      Support your existing customers when they talk about you (positive or negative)
      Use Twitter as a newsletter instead of sending email
    4. LinkedIn
      LinkedIn.com is the professional social network
      Find (talented) employees by searching on keywords and then checking out their referrals
      Find business partners and let them find you
      Find customers and get introduced to them
      Become an expert and get your name out there by answering questions in groups
